-Currently, due to CDC guidelines surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are no longer accepting return and refund requests.

-All custom orders are designed and proofed with the customer before anything is made and delivered.

-Once order is paid for it takes on average 3-5 days to process, customize and pack order.  Order then takes on average 3-5 days for delivery.
